Making an account on the wiki Empty Making an account on the wiki

I've been wanting to make an account on Gineipaedia, but whenever I tried to, I got this:

"Your IP address is listed as an open proxy in the DNSBL used by Gineipaedia, the Legend of Galactic Heroes wiki. You cannot create an account (67.185.251.233) "

Is there any way I can make an account?
